1. Who we are

Ludic operates the AI game creation and publishing platform at ludic.live. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your email address, display name, avatar and the sign-in method you use (email and password, magic link, Google or Apple).

Content data: the prompts you write, projects, games, assets, listings and reviews you create on the platform.

Transaction data: your plan, credit balance, purchases and payouts. Card details are handled by our payment provider — Ludic never stores full card numbers.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage events used to keep the service reliable and secure.

3. How we use it

To provide the platform: run the AI engine, store your projects, render your games and show your listings.

To operate billing, credits, marketplace sales and creator payouts.

To keep the platform safe — detecting abuse, fraud and content that breaks our terms.

To communicate with you about your account, releases and support requests.

4. Legal bases

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), on the basis of legitimate interests (security, product improvement), to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting), and with your consent where required — for example for optional marketing email.

5. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run Ludic: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, AI model providers used for generation, payment processing, and email delivery.

Providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality. We do not sell your personal data.

Content you choose to publish — your public creator profile, game listings and reviews — is visible to other users by design.

6. AI processing

Prompts and project context are sent to AI providers to generate game assets, code and logic. We do not use your private projects to train our own models, and we ask our providers to apply the same limitation where their terms allow.

7. Retention

We keep account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we remove or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@ludic.live. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies and storage

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.

10. Children

Ludic is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13 we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email, and the date below will be updated.
